13 inches curled
18.5 inches stretched out
Kinky and coily afro
Type 4B – 4C hair
Soft, stretchable and adjustable. Offers a snug and comfortable fit.
Soft, lightweight and mimics natural hair textures, the flame retardant fibres are heat resistant up to 400°F degrees. We’ve taken away the plasticky shine, smell and itchiness so you don’t have to.
Pre-plucked with a 1” inch deep hairline that creates a unique gradient making it flexible for styling.
Our volume is perfectly balanced with our density so the strands will resemble natural hair and will not look too voluminous or out of place.
We aim to be socially conscious by using 0% human hair and recycling synthetic hair that we collect from you.
Taking in the care and attention during construction, treat the RADSHAPE 01 like you would treat your treasured delicates.
Authentically synthetic, no human hair here! We use premium, alkaline-free* RadFibers that can be recycled after use (we’ll tell you more about that later though).
*Alkaline-free ensures that the products do not itch and instead are 100% comfortable against the skin and scalp.
For a quick refresh, use a very small amount of lightweight leave-in conditioner or hair refresher and apply it over the hair. Finger detangle and then air dry.
For a deep clean, fill a basin with shampoo and water to dilute. Finger comb the style first before soaking in the basin. Gently swish and then rinse. Hang or rest on mannequin foam head to dry.
With the hair being synthetic, it might be best not to. However, if you choose to straighten your RadShape, do not go above 350°F - 400°F.
Bleaching or dyeing your RadShape risks destroying the hair completely. The colour just wouldn’t adhere to the fibers.
There’s no secret, the better you take care of it, the longer it will last. Luckily for you, our RadShapes need minimal care. If well maintained, they can last 2-4 months with daily wear.
For double protection, wrap your RadShape in a hair net before putting it back in the RadCase (also great for travel, if we do say so ourselves) or on a styrofoam head.
