We want you to love your RadShape as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days. We will refund you, within 10-15 days, in the same method you used to pay the original purchase. No hard feelings.
*The RadShape must not be damaged in any way. The lace must be completely intact and in its original condition, with the original packaging.
*The RadClips must not be damaged in any way, hair intact and in their original condition. 12 pieces should be included in their original packaging.
*For clothing items or the RadGrip, they must be unworn and unwashed. In their original packaging
To request a refund, please get in touch with us via our contact page or at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. We may ask that images of the issue be sent with your query so we can assess and determine the best next steps. *Once we receive and review your order, we will notify you.
Please note that we don’t offer free return service at the moment, returns are at customers their expense. You have to keep a hold of their proof of postage (traceable shipping).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the cost of the goods, not the initial shipping. If you still haven’t received your refund after 30 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
*RadSwan reserves the right to refuse a return on any products received back in unsatisfactory condition.
